Wednesdays at 16:15 - Mediyoga

MediYoga - Medical Yoga is a therapeutic form of Yoga aimed at working towards your health, where the purpose is to create balance in body and mind, increased vitality and self-acceptance. This form of yoga is derived from the more well-known form of yoga - classical kundalini yoga, an ancient yoga; originally from northern India and Tibet. MediYoga is suitable for everyone! The exercises can be performed lying down, sitting on a chair or floor, and adapted to you and your abilities.

Wednesdays at 17:30 - strength yoga

In this hour we do almost the same thing every time. A mix of Pilates, Thi Shi, Yoga and good old fashioned strength training. It is about recognition in conscious breathing and movement. The class aims to strengthen core muscles and awareness in posture-functional ergonomics. The class always ends with a good de-stressing.
