Health as a Lifestyle - Food as Medicine
For several years I have been interested in diet.
At a young age I "got a little lost". Emotions became food and vice versa. Today I can say that my relationship with food became an inappropriate stress management strategy !!

This period has taught me an enormous amount and is probably the basis for the things I find so rewarding to work with today.
I want to see - and work with the person as a whole.
Food as Medicine physiologically affect our physical health. But it is a known fact that diet also has a lot to say both for emotional health and our mental state.
